Hello, My Name is Paul, I am a young 65 and have two children, Rebekah and Nate.
I am married to Jenny a true Devon Girl from a farming family. I am a caring warm person and am loyal. I love art, music and theology. I have travelled to many different countries, recently I did a tour of Egypt seeing the Pyramids and the Valley of Kings.
I have a 7 year old grandson called Max.
I have recently joined the team and enjoying driving the bus and taking people shopping and conducting social visits.
I hope I can make your experience of travelling on the bus a happy one to remember.

Hi ,I’m Rob, I’m originally from Oxford but I have lived in Devon with my wife and three daughters for 34 years.
I’m also a grampy to six amazing grandchildren who keep me on my toes.
I enjoy driving the minibus and meeting and helping my passengers, so I look forward to meeting you all soon.

What is the Ring & Ride Service?
The Ring & Ride Service is a friendly, door-to-door minibus service designed for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those living in rural areas who may find public transport challenging.
Our fully accessible minibuses operate four days a week, offering convenient and affordable travel from various towns and villages. Return journeys start from just £6.50. Our helpful drivers are always ready to assist you on and off the bus and can even help carry your shopping to your door.
How to Book
To reserve your seat, please call us Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm. You can also book your next trip directly with the driver after your journey.
Mobility Equipment
While we are unable to accommodate mobility scooters, we do welcome approved manual and powered wheelchairs.
Where and When We Travel
Our service includes weekday trips from surrounding villages to key destinations such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and The Cattle Market Car Park in the town centre. Buses typically arrive around 11am and depart at 1pm.
If you’re based in Barnstaple, you can use the Ring & Ride Service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and every other Thursday.

The North Devon Ring & Ride will offer Social Trip outings every Friday.
Please make sure you take note of the new pick up areas, as these are slightly different from the Monday to Thursday Ring & Ride areas.
During school term-time our pick up time will start from 9:20am. We aim to get to our destination by 11am and will begin the return journey at 1pm.
